Good afternoon, I would like to confirm if there is any outstanding amount to be paid.
As per my account it says that the payment was accepted but I keep receiving messages with and outstanding amount.

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
