I need to speak to an advisor with my bill please my fones been cut of cause of a £20 payment!!!!!! I've missed it this month and been cut of at this time of year aswell!!!! No missed a payment in months!!!!! And get this service!!!!!!

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

The O2 billing system will disconnect you automatically
Previous payments are irrelevant and time of year doesn't come into it I'm afraid
