2 weeks ago I had somebody order a phone fraudulently on my account. O2 barred my phone so I could not receive or make calls. I rang to get it de barred. I have an iPhone 11 that I did not purchase from 02 and just have the sim with them. I have rung 02 countless times and they haven’t y barred my phone although the sim will now work in other devices. O2 have been dreadful. They have wasted so much time promising for a manager to call back and nobody will. I cannot use my phone still 2 weeks on! If anybody has any advice I would be most grateful.

As this will be with the fraud team they will need up to 30 days to complete their investigation.

Reading so many of these where people have been left for over 2 weeks without service I'm in exactly the same boat! Literally no support whatsoever been left without the use of my phone for a fortnight after being promised call backs and still nothing! Absolutely appalling
