Hi, we are at post code DA16 1NW, according to the postcode checker , should be good coverage 4g ect here , but it isn’t going down our road it mainly drops to 3G. I have reported this several times but always comes back saying there is no issue. 3 members of my family are on 02 and all have the same issue. There is supposed to be engineering work in this area today, but not sure what for. Can anything be done about this? Thanks

@Welling1970 If your local mast is being repaired there isn't anything you can do until the work is done.

o2 tends to not report what the issue is or what work they are carrying out.
