Hi.
I have signal problem since last few months. I have Motorola G8 Power and had no issue before. Now its terrible. I updated software, take may case off, checked coverage (4G is excellent), checked network type-its 4G...and nothing helping.
Phone shows me full signal but when I start call then signal drop to zero. During conversation signal dropping a lot. The worse happen inside the buildings. Although sometimes showing me great signal but I have no internet connection in place where 4G is for sure (tower nearby)
My husband has Motorola G7 Power in O2 and its not perfect but 90% better than what I have.
What else I can try before sending it for service?
