I have two airtime plans on my account, one for a mobile phone and the other for a tablet. I should be receiving a 20% discount on the tablet airtime, however I am not receiving the discount on my monthly bill.
Additionally I signed up for 3 months free Disney+ subscription, yet cannot find anywhere under my account on myO2 to redeem this extras offer. There is an alternate offer for £2 off each month if I subscribe for 6 months but I want the 3 months free option.
Can someone please investigate and advise what needs to happen to correct.

Many thanks for the links. I have followed the Multisave guidance and it seems to be progressing in the right direction so we'll wait to see what happens.
Re the Extras query, I followed the guidance, however my dilemma is that I didn't actually receive an activation email from O2, so I have no link to the Disney+ website in order to redeem a code. How should I proceed? Do I need to contact O2 customer services?
