i am having issue connecting my mobile data to my Apple watch. i had to reset my Apple watch. My mobile date work fine before I had to reset my watch. When I try to add my data back it's say your watch has been reset add data plan. Then i get phone 202 ref code 49. i have spoken to O2 they say it's still transferring but this has been like 4 days now transferring. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this and why it's will not allow me to re add my plan to my watch?

Thanks

O2 need to delete it off your account first.

Contact them again.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

i spent 2hrs this morning on the phone been transfer to different departments in O2. Then they transfer me to Apple to see if they could fix the issue. Spent nearly 1 hours speaking to them. Then they told me i need to phone back O2. Then i spent another 40 mins in queue saying we can't delete from your account your need to to speak to this department. i gave up after 2hrs was fed up going around in circle. Tbh i been thinking of change service provider all i wanted is to be able to using my apple watch with my data.
