Apple watch - Data plan setup - Error code 14

HI All Ive read various threds on this topic and sounds like a need some support/ intervention from o2  @O2Lisa  @O2Sarah-   can you help

 

Have an apple watch S5 GPS+Cellular.  phone and watch on latest OS.   have gone to setup the mobile data part of the watch  via the watch app  all appear to be going through ok  accepted the £5 & T&C for the data plans etc.. then a noticed an error pop up just for a second and vanish before i could fully read it.  

 

the watch is saying it has no sim plan  and when i try to repeat the setup process  i just get error code 14 when trying to at the point of going into "mobile" / setup (via the watch app) and taking me to the o2 site to login 

 

please can someone assit me with this as im now paying for a plan i cannot use

i am still having the issue  O2Georgina have sent you a message   please can this get resolved.  was sent a new sim card.  told to unpair the watch, uninstall the watch app  activate new sim, setup watch app and pair.  i am  still getting error 14
