I put an order through on Thursday 2nd September for an Apple Watch to click and collect that same day, I still haven’t received a confirmation email only the credit agreements and it says on Track My Order that the order is still processing. Does anyone have any idea why it’s taking so long? I was told yesterday by O2 that it was ready to collect and was given my order collection number however when I arrived at the store I was turned away and told that it wasn’t ready yet.

You'll need to call customer service.
