I have tried customer services and numerous others. Apple Watch will not connect. Watch was not bought from O2, but £5 plan was. I have spent hours on this and am going round in circles!

There are no O2 Advisor's available this weekend, @Vildebeast - if the team on 202 are not helping, have you tried the O2 Social Media Team? The link just below this post gives you the details. Good luck!
