Apple Watch ultra not activated. Had it a week

Got an Apple Watch ultra last week. Went through the pairing etc and got an error code whilst it was activating. Looked in the Apple Watch settings on my iPhone and it said activating. Left it alone for a few days and it’s still saying activating and the spinning wheel. Should I reset and unpaid and start again? Seeing a lot of people having the same issues too

I’ve tried calling 202. They suggested unpairing then re-pairing my phone. I did this. It’s still activating. I’ve tried contacting @O2 on Twitter. No response. I’ve sent DMs to their Twitter too. Nothing. Beginning to think that I should cancel my contracts and go elsewhere as the terms of the contract aren’t being upheld on their end
