Like many other O2 customers, I am having the same problem linking a new Apple Watch to my O2 account after buying my AW airtime plan. The error code 14 appears whenever I try to set up mobile data in the Watch app. I would be very grateful for help from Tech Support to resolve this, please. Many thanks. Justin

You will need to call O2 CS around 8am on 202, or get in touch via Social Media, links just below this post, @Justin23.
O2 Advisors on the forum come on shift at 8am also, but the Rota for today has not been updated yet, tagging Forum Managers to get that fixed - @Martin-O2 @Breanna @RafaC
