I cannot get my mobile data set any more

I called 202 and quoted the reference code but the person on the line had no idea what was going on.

I have seen some threads from a year or two ago

any solutions please?

@O2Lisa Hi there, I have this code 10 error for over a months now, spoke to O2, they reset my esim, gave me a new esim, unpaired watch, removed watch from iCloud, still error code 10, wonder if you can help.
