I cannot get my mobile data set any more
I called 202 and quoted the reference code but the person on the line had no idea what was going on.
I have seen some threads from a year or two ago
any solutions please?

TLDR: Please can you help me help a friend who has the same issue.
Just want to head off an account issue (e.g. idata not set) as she's spent several hours in the shop/with support.
Full Story:
Issue is as per title, error code 10 when trying to "‘Set up mobile data" from the watch app.
A bit of background:
1. She has recently changed contracts/phones, both with 02, and ported in her old 02 number in (didn't know you could do that!)
2. She has reset the iwatch several times and tried to use the watch app
3. She was given an esim card (by that I mean the thing with a QR code on) by the shop when she went in to try and resolve. Looks like a data plan has been added to the **phone**. May be wrong.
4. She has another esim card coming in the post after talking to support for a long time yesterday.
Since I haven't used eSIM/apple ecosystem before I thought I'd mention 3&4. Doesn't make sense as a course of action to me.
