I have been on the phone , numerous times. Given stock responses with very little understanding of the problem . An advisor from here has ghosted me O2Sarah . Told to go to the 02 store which is not an easy journey for myself . Been twice to the store they have been unable to help , now awaiting phone back from customer service . They have not phoned at the allotted appointment.
How difficult can it be to activate a cellular on a watch !
I haven’t a clue what to do .

Apparently, there is an issue with the iWatch o2 Plan since the iOS update. o2 tech is working on it but it has been over 4 weeks since the original customer reported it and there is still no update or idea of how long it will take.
It's terrible. First-world problem I know but I don't carry my phone around all the time and the watch is my only connection when I'm out and about.

So got a new esim , unpaired deleted app . Re paired and download app and …
still stuck on activating .
