I received the Apple Watch SE I ordered from o2 last Monday and it’s still not connecting to mobile data. Initially I was getting a verity of error codes and after escalating to O2 customer service it at least now says activating. It’s been stuck like this and my account started billing for this service on the 30th June and I am still not able to use the full functionality of the watch unless I have my phone with me , this defeats the purpose of ordering a watch with mobile data. Anyone recommend a fix?

I to took out an airtime plan for my apple watch ultra and it's been stuck on activating for over a week. Hours and hours on the phone to tech support and they have no idea. They cannot even cancel the airtime plan on my account. Terrible customer service from 02. They haven't a clue. Why sell a product if you cannot support it?

I can see me returning this. Had an Apple Watch for years on a different network and never experienced anything like it.

I can't say I would blame you @Cls1211 . I've been a member of this forum for years and not ONCE have I seen such a long standing non-fixable issue as this one. Absolutely pathetic!

a series of unfortunate circumstances outside my control . I was getting a mobile sim included with my virgin media package so started using it , it then became o2. I should have used the migration to o2 as a perfect opportunity to cancel and go back into EE.
