Apple Watch mobile data not working

Hello

 

I have purchase a Apple Watch 7 from Apple store and then purchased airtime with O2 last week.

 

Till now I have no mobile data on the watch. Say to call O2 on 202 and quote reference code 14.

 

Rang O2 twice now and they have no idea what this means and how to resolve the issue. Waster 30mins last time with O2 tech just for the line to drop

 

Can O2 tech in the forum help please

Mobile data now working on the Apple Watch.

 

O2 had to reset the eSim then I had to unpair the watch and restore.

Hi @O2Sarah- can you please sort mine too? I'm getting the same issue- Reference Code 14 where the Esim needs a reset and nobody on live chat seems to have a clue, even though I'm telling them what needs doing.
