Hi,
My watch was fine until last weekend when I couldn't connect to cellular, it has just disappeared all together.
I've since deleted and tried to set up cellular again, unpaired and totally erased the watch and then paired again all with no luck. The watch says "no sim" and I get error 14 when trying to set up my cellular.
I know there's loads about this already but I need help, o2 customer service is shocking when I try to reach out for help either by phone or online chat, no one understands or knows what to do and keep trying to fob me off with a link to help setting up a new apple watch when that's not what I need! The last advisor told me they couldn't help me at all!
I know the e-sim needs a reset so I've seen looking through this forum and I tell them this in the best possible way with as much detail as I can but they don't seem to be getting the message.
Fed up now it's been days of trying and trying to get this sorted.
Please can someone help?
Thanks

Update: Called Apple who then re-directed me back to o2 so i called yet again and finally this time I got someone on the other end of the phone who knew what to do and reset my e-sim for me now and everything is back up and working, until next time.. 🙄😂
This can be closed now Thanks 😁
