Hi,
I'm trying in vain to connect my watch to my cellular connection and keep hitting a brick wall with the error 14 message. I have spent many hours on calls to o2 and in-store yet still no help. I've been told it's been reset many times, have waited the suggested 24 hours yet still no luck. I'm loosing the will to live at the moment. I've waited two days for a Tech Guru to call, and when one did I wasn't in a position to take the call. He said he'd call back at a specific time this afternoon and after waiting by the phone for 90mins (more time wasted) there's been no call.
Please please please can someone put me out of my misery and sort this problem once and for all?
