I have an Apple Watch Ultra which I’m trying to activate cellular on. I ran through the usual setup and it’s stuck on ‘Activating’ for a week. I’ve seen numerous posts regarding this and wondered if anyone had any success? Customer service have not been helpful regarding this. Thanks.

You have to persevere with O2 I'm afrraid. If close to an O2 shop you could call in there.
We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
