Hi - I hope someone can help please because I can’t find any way to contact O2 regarding this item. I ordered an Apple Watch 40mm Sport Band (Pink Sand) on the O2 shop on 4th December and received the order confirmation email. The item was showing as in stock online when I bought it. About 30 minutes later I got another email saying that the item was out of stock. A few days later payment was taken from my card. I’ve heard nothing since and have no way to track the order. I spoke to Apple who said that this is now a retired colour and as such they won’t be making any more. As it seems that this order will now not be fulfilled, how do I go about confirming this and getting a refund? Thanks
