My apple pencil has a crack in the bottom near the tip and has stopped working only had it 2 months.

Contacted apple they want £136 to replace it 😭 which is more than I've got it on contract via o2 for. Can't seem to find the o2 online chat??

What do I do now? I can't afford to pay that and I'm still paying off the pencil to o2 which I no can't use

You would need to either visit your local o2 store or call customer services then @MrsClark.

There are some alternative numbers to try if you want to call, along with hints on how to get through. Experience shows that the best time to call is 8am.
