Solved: Apple Music

Hi, I have recently taken out a contract with o2 and I was given 6 months free Apple Music. The link isn’t working, I contacted 202 and no one had any idea what I was talking about and said I must be confused with amazon video. Can someone please help me and send a new link. Thanks

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
