Hi recently up graded to a iPhone 13 pro with a 6 months free subscription to Apple Music. Signed up to O2 Priority as per the instructions over a week ago. Have not received any email from O2 regarding a registration code. Does it normally take this long? Thanks

From what I can gather they are now waiting for the change your mind 14 day policy before sending out the codes,
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they maybe able to offer a further insight
