Can you try your sim card in a different phone, if it is the same, then your sim card has failed, and you will need to get a new one. 

You have 2 options, pop into an o2 store tomorrow with photo ID and ask for a new sim card, or you can call or message o2 on social media

From another phone call 0344 809 0202

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG
