Age verification option missing from My O2 account

My service from Virgin Mobile was recently switched to O2.  Since then, the service thinks I am under 18 and will not display sensitive material.  The Age Verification option is supposed to be under MORE on the My O2 account page, but is not there.  Help please.

 

I'm on Pay Monthly with an iPhone 7 on IOS 15.7.8

I think it may depend if you are on the new billing system or not

For me you have to use the Web Version of My O2 and it's under other.

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thanks both.  My account does not show the option under MORE - the only options are: Device Details; My Contact Preferences; Manage My Details; Swap Your Sim; Offers For You; Airtime Rewards; Thinking Of Switching.
