Hi I have tried taking age verification off my device online, after entering my credit card details it will not verify! It repeatedly says it’s not a credit card when it is!
Need this taken off asap.
I have tried contacting 02 on a numerous amount of occasions and can never get through!
there is clearly an error with your website. Why put age restrictions on when you clearly can’t take them off and 02 customer care can’t seem to answer the phone to take it off. Ridiculous.
