After Combining Numbers, signal is terrible…

I recently put my personal number into my new iPhone as an eSIM, so the iPhone 16 now has two numbers, both on o2. One has a SIM card and one is an eSIM.

I used to get perfect 4g all over my house and garden, now I only get 3G in my living room, office and kitchen. Why would this have changed? I can see both signal bars on the top of the screen, and most of the time they’re different even though both are o2.

Currently, I’m on my business account mobile data with wifi turned off. I have 5g. If I flip to my personal account, even though 5g is enabled, I only have 4g.

When receiving texts they won’t always come through now in the house and I have to go outside too! Please can anyone help?

@WildBracken

Try switching your primary and secondary numbers around.

Does this alter the signal received?
