I’m trying to add an Apple Watch to one of my existing connections with O2. However, there is an issue of some description that keeps stopping me from checking out. I’ve spoken to Sales who can’t help and online chat just wanted to put me back onto Sales.

We're just customers here like yourself, but O2 have to help you with this.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
