Adding a new number

Hi , I already had a o2 number registered to my email which I use for the O2 app but now my virgin number which has moved over to o2 is registered to the same emails I can't access ,is there anyway I can add 2 number to the same account to view on the O2 app ? ...hope this makes sense thanks in advance

You'll need to set it up with a new email address.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
