Added a VIrgin migrated number SIm to my o2 - it's gone

I have been a O2 customer with my main number for years. I've gotten another SIM from Virgin media a while ago as a part of a broadband deal and recently I've gotten a text that this SIM is becoming O2 as well.

 

It's registered to my name and the same email address, etc. 

 

I've added it to my o2 account using the usual method, but it doesn't display in my account. I can't add it again because "it's already registered with O2". 

What do I do?

 

And when does the o2 live chat actually work? It's 11 am and the banner says 8am-8pm ;D

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
