Hello, as the post suggests, accidentally cancelled it and now have no Disney plus, is there any way of claiming it back?.

Hi @Dtshaw, Usually people have difficulty removing Disney+, Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras is a place they look - but in your case, you'll need to talk to O2 as it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here.
