Accidentally brought charger and Sim

I tried to upgrade my phone yesterday to a GooglePixel 7 pro. I kept trying to go to checkout but i got a popup message saying i couldn't continue.

I tried emailing my basket to try again but to no avail. After chatting to an Agent for 90 minutes trying to go through with the purchase, Eventually i stopped trying.

But i saw on my email this morning that a 5G sim card is being delivered today for (£0.00)

Along with a  Anker 20W Wall charger for (£16.99)

Is there anyway i can refund and return these items since i wont be getting the phone? Many Thanks

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
