Please can anyone help, I’m at my wits end, for almost two weeks now every single incoming call shows as ‘No Caller ID’ or ‘UNKNOWN’. I’ve taken the sim out, wiped it, re inserted as directed - no difference. O2 sent me a replacement Sim, it made no difference. O2 tried to say it was my handset (apple iPhone) so I put my sim in my husbands Huawei handset and called my number … same thing again ‘No Caller ID’ - O2 talked me through resetting the network settings on my phone which again made no difference. I’m at a loss 🤷🏼♀️
I block all tele sales, scam callers etc as they call, now they’re all getting through as they come through as no caller ID, if I block withheld callers no body can get in touch. Not ideal when your dealing with a bereavement and trying to organise a funeral, if I miss a call I’ve no idea who’s called! O2 said they’ve passed my details to another department (5 days ago!) and nobody has got back to me or resolved the issue. Please can someone help?

O2 have acknowledged they have a problem with Caller ID for some users.
Supposed to be working on a fix but no ETA
We are all customers here so you will have to keep on to O2
