I recently got samsung s23 as pay as you go but can't seem to get 5g on it checked my settings on the right 1. 5g is in my area, anyone any ideas

O2 PAYG does not do 5G.

Giffgaff does though if you want to stay on O2s network

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
