Moved my o2 sim to my new iPhone 13 and 5g isn’t working in 5g areas even when other o2 user have a strong 5g signal.
settings are all set to 5g matching other phone that work, do I need to do anything with o2 to sort this?

Do you have a 5G sim card?? If not you need to contact o2 to request one, and you have 2 options either pop into an o2 shop and get a replacement sim card, you will need photo ID, or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
