i have been having an issue with my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 512GB.
I have had 5G showing on my phone for quite some time and my phone has been using data whilst it is displayed. However yesterday, I updated my phone and ever since my data stopped working unless I was connected to Wifi.
After going through the settings, i found out that if I deactivate 5G then data works perfectly fine. I don't understand why this is happening, since before the update, my data was working perfectly fine when 5G was displayed. But now whenever 5G is displayed, my data isn't working. Could this be a o2 sim card issue or a samsung issue?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Check your network first Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?
If 5G is showing as OK, then pop instore with some ID and ask for a new 5G sim.
You will have to do a simswap first Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update or they may do it instore for you.

It would seem that the update has broken the connection to 5g, so, back up your phone and do a factory reset to see if there is a conflict in the software causing it.
