Heya my 4g has never worked I have done everything o2s site says to do and I’m not sure if I need a new sim card for it as my sim card is a old one

I am useing a iPhone 13 pro and everything else works fine I had a iPhone 8 for years befor that never got 4g on my phone I have someone in my house hold who’s on 4g o2 and works fine

I would try a new sim card in that case
