Have received a message on my device saying 4g calls have been turned off. Why? I’m a doctor and need to be able to receive and make calls anywhere

Hi @TraceyJ - Have you checked to see if there is a mast issue in your area? https://status.o2.co.uk/ ?

This is a generic message issued when work on your closest mast is ongoing. Otherwise, it is probably just a spurious message - just reboot your phone.

If the error persists, it could be account issues, in which case you'll need to speak to customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support may help.

If you cannot call from your phone, a free-fone Payment management number here - 0800 902 0217 - call around 9am.

Otherwise, contacts for O2 on Social Media (Twitter and Facebook, etc) are just below this message. Good luck!
