Hello, currently away in Norway. For some reason, my signal is full but only getting an E rather than 4g or 5g - when I am on apps it just fails to load or games a ridiculous amount of time. A colleague who is here is also on o2 network and they are getting full 5g. Please could someone help? I have the o2 travel bolt on and so shouldn’t be anything to do with this. I have tried switching the phone on and off, as well as mobile data too. Thanks

Try manually searching for a different network and if using an iPhone, change the data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
