You sent me a message telling my me 4G had been disconnected.

Is that true?

If so why?

If not, I assume it was a scam.

Often happens when maintenance is taking place. Reboot your phone and you should see 4G

Also edit you post using the arrow, top right, to remove your number. This is not O2 but an open customer forum and you leave yoursel open to spammers / scammers

Hello, 

Just wanted to thank you for this reply - I just over the weekend noticed a message that O2 were removing 4G from my number and that I noticed it has gone-having looked here and seen your message I rebooted and so far at least ! I have got 4G back ! Thanks again
