Hi there,

Received a text message from O2 this morning saying that 4G calling had been disabled for my phone. Also noticed that Wi-Fi calling, which had been working after my move from Virgin on 1st Aug, was also not working. If I try and enable Wi-fi calling on my phone I'm advised to contact O2.

Tried calling this morning and was told that changes to my account settings were now in place, and that I should reset the network settings on my phone. This of course disconnected the call, but in any case hasn't worked. Tried rebooting my phone (iPhone 8), but again no luck.

Any more ideas?

Thanks

@ukcduri

It's usually a temp mast issue.

Give it 24 hours and try again.

However, We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Please also remove your phone number as the forum is public.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
