I was in the middle of a very important call when all of a sudden my phone call was cut off and I received a text message that said 4G calls have been turned off - O2 has turned off 4G calls from your account. I have unlimited calls, unlimited texts, and 100Gb Data every month, and my account is paid up-to-date. Why has this happened. What can you do to make this up to me?

This happens when a system is rebooted and is only temporary.
Just reboot your phone and it will be back to normal.
O2 won't give you anything to make up for it unfortunately.

My phone regularly displays 4G calls turned off. I just think O2 is not up to the job of providing adequate 4G coverage. Oh, and their so called help lines are mis-named!

That means the mast is being worked on, and they have to disable features in order to do the work..
And you will find that all Networks carry out work on masts... And the Helpline have always helped me....

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
