Please can someone help as I can't verify online purchases and retailers and credit card companies say it's not their end and most likely down to 02 blocking the text from their number!

@Martin-O2 or @lewys-gp or @RafaC - this is another of the SMS or OTP codes not being received issues, as far as I can tell.
What advice do we have on this for @AlinaHJ61?

According to responses above, these OTP reception issues should be addressed by the customer to the O2 Social Media Team, links below this post, @thestarkfactor.

I have been ported from lyca to o2, and now I cannot receive any SMS or OTPs. Because of that, I cannot set up my accounts on bank or imessages. Please help me. I tried to reach out to chat support, but there was no help.
