£150 TO SPEND ON ACCESSORIES

Hi, I recently bought the s21 and was told that I could claim a free chrome book and £150 to spend at samsumg on accessories. Got an email order confirmation that confirmed the above details. Phone arrived today and is set up, claimed the chrome book according to directions but I have no idea how to claim the £150? Have spoken to a few customer service agents but I keep getting different stories and no help. 

Can someone please advise what I need to do to claim my offer?

Not seen any offers for a £150 worth of accessories anywhere on the o2 site, and there is nothing in the T&C's for any promotions... 

The only offer is £150 extra for trading in an old phone...
