£15 was taken for my rolling plan on the 28th January and not activated. I’ve had to top up again today on the 3rd February and no sign of a refund and no luck getting hold of customer support with all options diverting you to the top up line. Also my 4G has suddenly stopped working as of today. What are you doing o2?
