Hi I need to be able to dial 0844 numbers from my mobile.

How do I add this facility?

Thanks

You need to ensure you don't have a £0 spend cap, as 0844 calls are chargable and the access charge is 65p per minute and then there is upto a 7p per minute call charge,

Full details of all networks can be found here https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/advice-for-consumers/costs-and-billing/how-muc...

Have a look here for alternatives to the 0844 numbers https://www.saynoto0870.com/ rather than paying the company who owns the 0844 number money to call them...

To remove your spend cap speak to customer services on 202 or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
