Can someone tell me why I have been charged the daily 02 Travel when my iPhone roaming and mobile data is switched off, I am using WhatsApp on wifi at all times, no texts being sent. Thank you.

Any network activity will trigger the charge, this includes any incoming calls or texts which are part of your 120 mins, 120 text daily allowance.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
