Research Results and What's Coming Next

Hi everyone,

It’s been a busy time here at Priority as we’re working hard to implement some of the changes everyone on this community has helped to suggest. 

A big shout out to those who helped us with our most recent research and took part in our interviews. We’ve gained some rich insight that we wouldn’t ordinarily get through surveys. We found out a bit about how customers would filter for specific rewards they’re looking for.

We also wanted to take this moment to say thank you and show you what’s coming up based on what you’ve said! There have been a few tweaks to help us get there faster based on what you’ve said in the research.

Thanks @pgn! It's going to take us a little while to get to this state as there are a few things to change to get there (so not timeframe just yet but we're working on it). Making these changes to Priority is our main focus, so it's full steam ahead now we've spoken to users and validated the designs 😊
