Introduce yourself to your fellow research panel members

Hey everyone, 

 

It's great to have you all on board with the Priority Research Panel! Most of you will know each other from around the community boards but we also have a few faces joining us on this board. We thought it would be great for you to say hello and introduce yourself your fellow research panel members! 

 

A few things that will help break the ice...

 

  •  How long have you been an O2 customer? 
  • What's your favourite thing about O2 Priority? 
  • What are you most excited to see happening with Priority in the future?

I have been an O2 customer for about 8 years
My favourite thing about priority is how easy it is to find offers relevant to me
And I am excited to see more inclusive offers and rewards

I've been with O2 since 1988 (I think) when it was Cellnet.

My biggest desire with Priority is to actually win something, one day Smiley Wink

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi all!
Been with o2 since 2010 or so but was a customer before.
Not won anything through Priority but had some really good prizes.
Interested in how it will evolve given all the different customer reward schemes now...

Well most know I am a very longstanding customer and used to contribute a lot to the community .

I will be around to participate as I can

Hi, I've been with O2 since 2006. I was with Orange before that but a friend encouraged me to try O2 as her phone worked well on the network and mine didn't on Orange.

(As it turned out, it was the phone not the network, but I was happy with O2. so stayed)

As with others, I like some of the offers but have never won anything!

Interested to see what will happen with  this panel and suggestions.

Hi everyone,been with o2 roughly 15 years possibly more.Cant honestly remember,was with them before that but I used to swap around lol.

as for priority I don't really have a clue about it.

quite interested in seeing wat comes up

Hi everyone. Been with O2 for around 15 years I think I swapped away once and came back pretty shortly after that.

My favourite thing about priority used to be the range of offers and freebies. Like the £1 lunch, free coffee and the odd cinema tickets back in the day

For the future I’m most looking forward to what’s next for priority. It’s lost a lot of its charm recently and other competitors are following suit
